There are six sequences every month, and the groups have the whole month to produce videos and scores of the best performance for each sequence. The organizers invite their participants to any indoor activity and practice the sequences as much as they want. Then they submit the highest scores and videos at any time and until a week before the end of the month at the latest. Each group then follows up with more scores and videos until the last day of the month. The groups have the opportunity to improve the scores with new videos after new tunnel sessions after the first scores have been posted and at any time. Teams and any lineups may also submit videos for their team after their own separate flying sessions to improve previous scores.

AAA: Open for everybody
AA – A – Rookie AAA: 1 Player Coach
Rookie AA – Rookie A: Up to 2 Player Coaches

Category Limitation:
AAA – AA: Open for everybody
A – Rookie AAA – Rookie AA – Rookie A: Every competitor who scores 20+ twice is required to move up to the next category.

The lineups are flexible, and the organizer may put them together according to common sense, based on experiences and skills. Player coach definition: A person who has scored 13+ average in AAA at any outdoor meet or 17+ average in AAA at any tunnel meet. The "move up rule" applies to scores for this indoor competition only. If a person scores a 20-pointer or higher twice in the same category, it shows that they are too good for that class and need to move up.Teams may enter the tunnel and establish grips for their first formation. Timing begins at the release of the first formation, and scoring includes the first formation. Scoring and deductions follow standard competition format and ends at the traditional 35 second mark.
