posted: Apr 23rd, 2014 Australia's national 4way team of the past years, Rotor Out, was founded in 2009. None of the original members (Steph Bensley, Jens Goennemann, Gary Nemirovsky, Darren Pearson, with Darren Griggs on camera) are neither in the current lineup nor won the national championships last week.
Current team member Craig Vaughan's wife Steph and Gary Nemirovsky were the last original Rotor Out members who stepped down after last year's national championships. posted: Apr 22nd, 2014 Russia has been a consistent factor in 4way and 8way Formation Skydiving competition on the top level for many years. Sets of gold, silver and bronze medals have taken turns in making the trip to Russia from world meet after world meet.
The Russian history in 4way Women has not been as consistent as in the traditional 4way and 8way events. However, Russian female lineups have also won bronze medals two times since the new event was added to the World Championships of Formation Skydiving in 2001.

Did you know that the Florida teams competed only on creepers last weekend?
posted: Apr 21st, 2014 The outdoor season opener of the Florida Skydiving League had to be postponed for a month. The weather at Skydive City and Skydive DeLand was equally unsupportive, and the first meet of the regular FSL season will hopefully take place with better weather in May.
Five teams were ready to post their first 2014 scores at Skydive City, while additional teams planned to compete in DeLand. The 5-team field in Zephyrhills included many of the Tunnel Kicker participants who have been posting scores for Florida's Indoor Cloud League account at iFLY... (more)

posted: Apr 18th, 2014 The Sun Path Products NSL News covered the traditional amateur duel between Thunder ISR and SportLotto with the story on 14 April 2014. Gavroches from France was also brought into the "amateur equation" after the World Challenge 2014.

Did you know that Aaron had complete Faith in his Bahrein Army team?
posted: Apr 17th, 2014 Aaron Faith attended his last competition with Satori at the Mondial Dubai 2012. He was serving in the British military before he moved to Bahrein to run his own coaching operation. Satori continued with a reduced training and competition schedule, and Steve Hamilton filled the open slot to win the UK Nationals 2013.
Satori's former Tail had connected with the military forces in Bahrein during his own service time and began coaching 4way there, while Satori continued with the Satori Academy project in the United Kingdom. Aaron Faith recently came back to his homeland, and he brought a team from... (more)
