Did you know that Kaizen is challenging the Aerodyne French Girls?
posted: Jan 8th, 2014 The 4way fans in the United Kingdom must have come out in force to vote for Kaizen as the top team in 4way Women at the end of the year. The Sun Path Products NSL News story on 30 December 2013 mentioned that "UK teams in the female 4way category are used to competing for gold medals, and Kaizen might not even think about the 3rd place". That is obviously the case, at least supported by the current results of the 4way Women poll. Kaizen has a solid lead. Kaizen posted the impressive 17.9 average at the end of August at the... (more)

The NSL-TV archives offer a closer look into the history of the event. The outdoor part of the current Paraclete XP meet package was launched as the Shamrock Showdown in 2002. Did you know that Whooops and Cool Runnings have a lot in common?
posted: Jan 6th, 2014 The Sun Path Products NSL News has followed the Dutch team Whooops from the very beginnings in 2005 to the current status, which is open for the 2014 season. The 1.7 average after six rounds at the May meet of the Dutch Skydiving League 2005 was lower than where Florida Skydiving League team ZEUS started off last year. After a quick progression through the categories for beginner teams, Whooops took on the challenge... (more)

Did you know that the Paraclete XP Championships story goes back to the 2007 season?
posted: Jan 4th, 2014 It will still take a little while until the first scores of the 2014 season will be posted on SKYLEAGUE.COM. Indoor Cloud League scores don't show automatically on the front page, even if any of the groups provided videos and numbers for January earlier than usual. Indoor competition scores will still be the first ones posted, as the winter season is increasingly filled with wind tunnel meets. The Czech Republic Skydiving League has the next competition at the Sportsflight Skydive Arena scheduled for January 16, which will be followed by... (more)

Did you know that National Skydiving League and Americas Cup are merging?
posted: Jan 3rd, 2014 This was the headline of the news story on January 3rd, 2001, 13 years ago. It is time again to take a look at the Sun Path Products NSL News archives, before indoor and outdoor competition action takes over all news coverage. There are many news stories that cannot be found in any of the current databases. The press release below was issued by the National Skydiving League and America's Cup owner Alan Metni in 2001, who was also an 8way world champion with Arizona Airspeed. The America's Cup had to be discontinued shortly after the NSL had begun to take action on the merger, while Alan Metni... (more)
