There is now a smaller number of voters who believe that a US sweep is possible, and 42% see no chance for the US delegation to win all four gold medals in Formation Skydiving competition. Did you know that Florida teams challenged each other last weekend at Skydive City?
posted: Oct 23rd, 2014 The Florida Skydiving League concluded the 2014 season together with the Northern California Skydiving League last weekend, and two of the three competition classes had teams from both leagues mixed up. Florida was busy in the AA Class, while Northern California had the strongest showing in the Rookie Class. Safeish (AA) and Counterpoint FX (A) both posted their highest meet averages of the 2014 season in California, as well as ZHills TranZend did in Florida. Teiwaz and DeLand 3D finished on the top of their leaderboards without scoring higher compared to previous meets this year. Both winners... (more)

Did you know that the VAF Warriors won the national indoor championship a few weeks after re-selection?
posted: Oct 22nd, 2014 Denmark held the national indoor championships at the wind tunnel in Manchester, Great Britain, this year. The Danish national 4-way team, VAF Warriors, won without too much trouble a few weeks after they were selected once again as the country's national team for the 2015 season. The competition was still tighter than ever for the VAF Warriors, as Airplay, with former Norwegian national 4-way competitor Kjetil Nordin, has moved within striking distance. Did you know that France puts together the best of the best in 8-way?
posted: Oct 21st, 2014 The story of the potential "FS Sweep" opportunity for the US delegation in 2016 got another twist after a recent update from France. National coach Jeremie Rollett, former French 4-way and 8-way world champion, told the Sun Path Products NSL News that he has finalized the lineups of his three national teams for the next two years, 4-way Open, 4-way Women and 8-way. He is not in charge for VFS 4-way where Philippe "Le Professeur" Schorno has the responsibility. Did you know that Florida added four points to the Indoor Cloud League October account at iFLY Orlando?
posted: Oct 20th, 2014 The teams and competitors of the Florida Skydiving League had a busy week, which began with the latest FSL Tunnel Kicker at iFLY Orlando last Thursday and was concluded with the last outdoor competition on Saturday at Skydive City. Goal at the FSL Tunnel Kicker was once again to add some scoring points to the October account of the Indoor Cloud League competition.
