Did you know that time together compensates for lack of Voodoo training jumps?
posted: Mar 17th, 2014 The Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2014 was the end of one of the longest going team projects in the modern history of Formation Skydiving competition - unless it was the beginning of a new project.
Voodoo has been SouthAfrica's national 4way team ever since Equanimity, bronze medalist in Turkey 1997, discontinued, with all team members (Solly Williams, Gary Smith, Fred Whitsitt, Robbie Spencer, Graham Harding) emigrating to the USA.
Actually, it was Colin Rothman who launched the team project and has been a... (more)

However, the FSL participants of the Indoor Cloud League compete on a regular basis with the teams of the Czech Republic Skydiving League. The FSL group posted the first scores for the ICL March competition at iFLY Orlando on the same day when... (more)

Evolution attended the meet even though there was not much serious competition for the Canadians in Eloy. Home team Arizona Airspeed did not attend since the team members served as player coaches for local and regional lineups. Evolution's 24.4 average came at the end of a winter training camp, which... Did you know that indoor and outdoor world can live well together?
posted: Mar 12th, 2014 The Sun Path Products NSL News has mentioned earlier that a year of skydiving competition is not the same any longer. There used to be a winter season that consisted of hibernation and homework, possibly a training camp or two at a location that would allow skydiving at that time of the year.
The ambitious teams and competitors, who wanted to become world champions, had to move to those warm and sunny spots on the planet to train enough, and they did so. Any US 4way world champions were either located in Eloy or in DeLand. The French national teams had the Mediterranean area to keep the winter... (more)
