Did you know that the Paraclete XP Indoor and Outdoor Championship double-header is back on for 2015?
posted: Nov 18th, 2014 The new banner on the SKYLEAGUE.COM front page is good news for the Formation Skydiving competition fans. The popular Paraclete XP Indoor and Outdoor Championship double header will find its repetition in 2015. Paraclete XP's John D'Annunzio confirmed the same format and logistics earlier this year, and several teams have the event combination in their 2015 calendars by now.
The timing of this year's events in Raeford and DeLand turned out so successful that it was not difficult for Paraclete XP to copy the format for the 2015 schedule. The Paraclete... (more)

Did you know that Formation Skydiving competition has a new world order?
posted: Nov 10th, 2014 The Formation Skydiving competition world has a new order. That's how the previous Turning Points column began. However, the main topic was not the athletic part of this year's World Championships. That's coming now, and then I will shut up with the world meet thoughts fora little while.
The preview of the world meet in Prostejov in the August edition of Blue Skies Mag was headlined "4-Way History in Jeopardy." Well, that's actually an oxymoron. The 42 lineups in August had combined for a total of 718 points, and the 38 teams last month had 713 points on the leaderboard. It was close.
The Hurricane Factory in Prague generated four of the highscores (AAA - AA - A - Rookie A) in the... (more)
