Did You Know...

... that UK team Eclipse brought the Fun Flag to Banja Luka?

Fun Flag getting ready for the trip to Banja Luka
posted Aug 14th, 2013 - The Sun Path Products NSL News mentioned earlier that the Fun Flag has made it to Banja Luka. It has not been seen yet, however, a conversation with UK team Eclipse confirmed that the most important rules of international competition will be properly applied.

The complete Eclipse lineup explained the whereabouts of the Fun Flag and what can be expected for the first flying.

Eclipse captured the flag at the World Challenge 2013 earlier this year and has had possession of it ever since.

The other rules of the competition were explained later by the officials before and during the competition draw on Tuesday evening.

Competition Draw

Live competition draw on Tuesday evening
The ten sequences for the regular meet have an interesting order. The first five rounds include five of the six memory sequences. Round 6 starts the second half of the meet where the teams have no slot switchers at all.

The jump-off round is a 3-block sequence, which moves the competition draw to the faster side, with all Random Formations drawn. The five memory sequences and only four Random Formations at the beginning of the sequences for the exits will slow down the scoring on the other hand.

The teams went straight to work after the competition draw, and the NSL Reality TV camera also captured some of the preparations. Round 1 was started as planned at 8 am on Wednesday morning.
