Did You Know...

... that UK teams are in control of the Fun Flag and the leaderboards?

Control tower at the boarding area
posted Aug 16th, 2013 - The Fun Flag has made the the headlines of the Sun Path Products NSL News once so far, when UK team Eclipse came forward with an update. The flag has changed its location several times since arrival, and the UK delegation has been heavily involved.

One of the spots was a tricky location. The flag was not really flying, even though it was in closest range of all teams and competitors at the DZ of Banja Luka. Eclipse members had positioned it in a little control tower right next to the boarding area where it was for quite a while.

However, Bodyflight Isis then provided the newest evidence last night that the Fun Flag had moved but was still in UK possession at the moment. The UK delegation is in control of the Fun Flag and also of the participation on the leaderboards.

Bodyflight Isis with the Fun Flag
The Sun Path Products NSL News took a closer look at the situation of the UK teams a few weeks before the national championships and after five rounds at the World Cup 2013.

It's no news that UK's female competitors are in full control of the British leaderboard. The Sun Path Products NSL News mentioned earlier that 19 of the 28 active competitors in the seven teams are female, disregarding the videographers. Two of the seven teams compete in the female 4way category, Bodyflight Isis and Kaizen, and they are far ahead of all other UK teams.

It's been a horse race between Isis and Kaizen, as the special leaderboard is showing. Each round has seen a different winner so far. Three of the other five UK teams have been sharing the highscores round by round between themselves behind the two UK top teams. The 4way Open and 4way Women competition continues in the afternoon.
