posted Nov 15th, 2013 - SkyQuest 2013 is around the corner, and the annual event once again includes the last 4way competition of the 2013 season on US territory for all teams and competitors who have not had enough yet of 4way competition this year.

Last year, the A Class was the most competitive category, where DeLand Higgs Boson defended the home turf of the Florida Skydiving League successfully against the challengers from the Midwest and the Northwest. All five A Class teams were close enough to claim or match at least one highscore for a single round.

DeLand Higgs Boson is not trying to defend the NSL Shugar Cup. However, Higgs Boson member Earl Coggin is coming back with a different team and has the opportunity to win the trophy for the second time. He has competed with SDC Accelerando of the Midwest Skydiving League throughout the 2013 season and is ready to take on the FSL teams in the AA Class.

SDC Rhythm XP member JaNette Lefkowitz was the player coach for SDC Accelerando at the meets of the Midwest Skydiving League this year and could not compete with the team at the USPA Nationals 2013, even though Rhythm was only a guest team in the AAA/Open Class. Former Rhythm member Laurent Beaudouin competed for Accelerando at the USPA Nationals.

JaNette Lefkowitz is back with the AA Class team from the Midwest for the NSL Championship at SkyQuest 2013 next weekend and will support Earl Coggin's bid for keeping the NSL Shugar Cup in his possession. Steve Lefkowitz will be the event coach for all teams in DeLand and said that he expects Accelerando with a strong showing in the AA Class competition.

Steve Lefkowitz represents Paraclete XP at the event and will be ready to answer any questions and help each team do their best. He said that SDC Rhythm XP trains regularly in the biggest and best tunnel in the world and that he will offer all information and experiences that his team has collected.

New Rhythm Tail Mikhail Markine is also available as a player coach for any team that would like to participate at the last meet of the year. He is currently working on his lineup for the NSL Championship and can be contacted directly by e-mail.

Steve Lefkowitz also informed the Sun Path Products NSL News that SDC Rhythm XP has finally recruited a new team videographer. Alex Bittner stepped back after the USPA Nationals. Thad Parker was filming Dallas Khaos Black this year and has now started training with Rhythm for the 2014 season. He will be filming Accelerando at the NSL Championship next weekend.

SDC Rhythm XP is currently training at the team's winter home in Sebastian in preparation for the upcoming trip to Dubai.
