Did You Know...

... that Foxtrott has a very interesting lineup?

Boarding for competition jumps on Friday afternoon
posted Nov 22nd, 2014 - The annual NSL Championship brings together the teams in DeLand that still have not had enough of 4-way competition at the end of the year. It is also a competition opportunity for player-coach lineups who cannot attend the USPA Nationals.

Four of the teams were ready to start with the first competition rounds on Friday afternoon, while the rest of the field was supposed to get into action on Saturday morning. The weather conditions kept all teams on the ground, and the Sun Path Products NSL News used the opportunity to learn more about the lineups.

AAA Class team Foxtrott comprises of the most interesting combination of 4-way competitors, and the team took the time to introduce themselves to the online audience.

Foxtrott debriefing in DeLand
James Hall is in the point slot for Foxtrott. He started 4-way with a collegiates team from Georgia Tech University. He moved to Florida and has competed several times at the Florida Skydiving League events with different Teiwaz lineups. He also participates on a regular basis at Indoor Cloud League events at iFLY Orlando. He is relatively new to the AAA Class dive pool that Foxtrott competes in.

Gilles Dutrisac was training and competing with the Misfits this year and won the Advanced Class silver medals at the USPA Nationals 2014. The Sun Path Products NSL News covered the exciting battle between Misfits and Dallas 350 for the USPA gold medals on 14 October 2014.

He also supports the Indoor Cloud League events at iFLY Orlando regularly as a player coach and is frequently in a lineup with James Hall.

Foxtrott preparations for a new round
Gilles Dutrisac put the Foxtrott lineup together and named it due to the Canadian dominance, as his former fellow Canadian Andrea Greening accepted the tail slot. She was a member of the Canadian national team in 4-way Women, Crimson Fox, who competed for Canada at the Mondial Dubai 2012.

Center inside Andrew Starr was the videographer for the Golden Knights 8-way team and won his first gold medal at the FAI World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2014. He has now become an active member and taken the slot for Michael LaRoche who has left the competition team. He had an update from the Golden Knights headquarters.

Last but not least, the Foxtrott video slot is covered by a well know US official. Al Berchtold, Performance Designs Marketing Director, has been in charge of several US delegations at international events and has organized Canopy Piloting events. He talked about the US chances for a FS Sweep in 2016.
