posted Aug 2nd, 2023 - The recent Indoor Cloud League update from iFLY Dallas connected with the team story of Disturbance Delicious and former Dallas Dynasty member Michael Erikson. The Disturbance Delicious lineup also connects with another 4-way team, which is not located in Texas.

SDC Rhythm XP member Keith Conner managed and organized the July meet of the Midwest Skydiving League, where four teams competed at the Chicagoland Skydiving Center, the host of the USPA Nationals 2018.

It is the home of CSC Constellation, the 4-way team project that was launched three years later at the Chicagoland Skydiving Center.

The team's 2023 lineup did not compete at the Midwest Skydiving League event in July, while the team members were still heavily involved in the competition as player-coaches for the four participating teams.

Each current team member was guiding one lineup through the six rounds, with two teams using the AA/Intermediate Class draw, the other two the six Rookie Class sequences with only random formations. All four teams were new to 4-way competition.

Organizer and judge Keith Conner said that he appreciated the CSC Constellation efforts on their home turf: "CSC Constellation took time out of their busy training schedule to split up and each mentor a newer team. I love that kind of giving back and sense of community. Hopefully they have inspired some newer jumpers to get into 4-way. I feel like everyone had fun and learned a lot. And that is what these meets are all about - getting people who normally wouldn't have the chance to attend Nationals a chance at doing 4-way and experiencing all the fun about competition."

Anne Webster joined CSC Constellation this year, and she had her husband Paul Webster on camera for her AA/Intermediate Class lineup. Russel Bayuk is one of the original Constellation members of 2021. He player-coached the second team in the same category for a tight competition in five of the six rounds.

Natalie Rodriguez has been Russel Bayuk's original team mate since 2021. Her Rookie Class team benefited from a point deduction for the other team in the same category in the last round. Keith Conner had to make the call as the judge: "It was a close race in both divisions, ending in a Rookie Class tie because of a video angle. Really sad. I hated having to bust that." Lil Dippers with Constellation's 2022 and 2023 member Dan Reuber lost that one point.

The connection of the Midwest Skydiving League with the recent events in Texas comes with Disturbance Delicious member Pressly Bonner, who trained and competed with CSC Constellation last year. The 2022 lineup attended three meets, one of them was the Dallas Super Cup in Texas.

Pressly Bonner committed to the team from Texas this year, and the new Dallas Super Cup is coming up very soon. He may compete with Disturbance Delicious this time at the same event and a year later.

The new CSC Constellation lineup attended only the Cloud Games internet competition this year so far. They still have meet options ahead before the next USPA Nationals, one in Texas, the other one at Skydive Chicago a few weeks before Round 1 at Skydive Paraclete XP.

Pressly Bonner's former and new team seem to be close and will probably face each other on the AA/Intermediate Class leaderboard in September. CSC Constellation posted an 8.9 average in June, Disturbance Delicious 9.1 in July. Last year's Constellation lineup had finished with 8.1 in 11th place at the USPA Nationals 2022, after the 4th place with a jump-off round for the bronze medals in the 4-way Beginner category of 2021. Yesterday's update from Texas mentioned that Disturbance Delicious could become a medal contender this year. This means that CSC Constellation would probably be in the same position...
