Did You Know...

... that the drama of Round 3 is now on NSL-TV?

Battle for 6th place: Speedy Kids XP
posted Sep 12th, 2010 - The NSL News promised the videos of Arizona Airspeed's and Perris Fury's Round 3 earlier today. The videos have been uploaded now and are ready for reviews. They don't show the cool CamScore features this time, as Jo Bell and Andrew Mansfield were so kind to quickly provide just a few video files without rendering them. NSL-TV will follow up later with the fully featured competition and judging videos.

The Round 3 videos of DeLand Shmeland XP and the Speedy Kids XP were added to this round of NSL-TV at the USPA Nationals 2010, as they were included in the package of CamScore video files. Both teams are actually battling for the 6th place in the Open Class, and the DeLand team has the upper hand so far.

Airspeed's and Fury's videos of Round 3 don't have the same relevance any longer as they had this morning. It was somehow shocking how Airspeed lost a round by three points and with it the top position. Three point deductions did not help much, even though Fury lost two points, as well.

Airspeed then gave up Round 4 by another point, and Fury was all of a sudden three points ahead. A serious upset was in the air. However, Airspeed came back with vengeance and nailed Round 5 and then Round 6 with two superb highscores. Everybody else saw only Airspeed's heels.

Amazing how quickly things can change. It took two fast rounds, and Airspeed went from three points down to an 8-point lead. And that is despite the fact that Fury usually likes the fast rounds. Airspeed has learned to like them, as well...
